Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and orders.

Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will have a flat $4.99 shipping rate at checkout.

International shipping is a flat $15 USD worldwide, no matter where you are.
We ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase.
This does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class with tracking, unless you select an expedited option (UPS or FedEx) at checkout.
International orders ship USPS First Class International. Delivery times vary by location, and real-time tracking may be limited depending on the destination.
Please note: Customs fees and import taxes may apply.


International Buyers

All international packages are shipped with the full value declared on customs forms, as required by law. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in item prices or shipping costs. These are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery by your local customs office.


Returns + Exchanges

We believe every dog lover deserves the perfect fit. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required (paper or digital).

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
