We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase.
This excludes weekends and major U.S. holidays. You'll receive a tracking confirmation once your order is on its way.

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders $50 and up

  • $4.99 Flat-Rate Shipping on orders under $50.00

  • All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class with tracking

  • Expedited shipping options (UPS or FedEx) are available at checkout for an additional fee

🌍 International Shipping

  • We offer $15 flat-rate shipping worldwide

  • All international orders ship via USPS First Class International

  • Delivery times vary by country and may take 1–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing

  • Tracking may not always update in real time, especially after your package leaves the U.S.

πŸ›ƒ Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders will be declared at full value on customs forms, as required by law.
Import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included in the product or shipping cost and may be due upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At DogKingdom, we want every dog lover to be proud of their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

πŸ”„ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

  • A proof of purchase (email receipt or order number) is required

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without original packaging or visible wear

  • Stickers and small accessories (for hygiene reasons)

πŸ’Έ Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
